My name is De’Andre Mayfield, founder of PIT FITNESS. I’ve had a passion for fitness since the age of five, growing up in sports and learning the value of discipline, hard work, and consistency. P.I.T stands for “Pain Is Temporary” — a mindset passed down from my coach that reminds us that discomfort fades, but growth and results last. At PIT FITNESS, I work with driven individuals and athletes who are ready to push themselves and level up. I may not claim to be the fittest in the world, but I promise to push you, guide you, and get you where you need to be.
